Unused Minutes
Unused minutes may qualify for review only in:
- technical failures;
- duplicate charges;
- unauthorized payments.
Requests must be submitted to support@shufflecrush.com within 14 days of the original purchase and include the transaction reference.
Used Minutes
Minutes already consumed during live chat are non-refundable, as the service has been delivered in real time.
Refund & Chargeback Abuse
Refund abuse, repeated unjustified disputes, or chargebacks filed without first contacting support may lead to permanent suspension, loss of unused minutes, and reporting to payment processors and fraud networks. We reserve the right to recover lost funds and reasonable administrative costs.
EU Right of Withdrawal
Consumers in the EU acknowledge that, by starting a live video chat session before the 14-day withdrawal period expires, they expressly request immediate provision of the digital service and therefore waive their statutory right of withdrawal for minutes that have already been consumed, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
