Community Guidelines

Last updated: June 5, 2026

Our community works because people show up with respect. These guidelines apply to every match, message, and stream on ShuffleCrush.

1. Adults only

ShuffleCrush is an adult-only platform. You must be 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that age is higher, to hold an account or appear on camera.

  • minors may not use the service, in any role, for any reason;
  • no minor may appear on camera, in chat, or in any content shared on the platform, even incidentally;
  • you may not create or use an account on behalf of a minor, or allow a minor to use your account.

If you believe someone on the platform is a minor, report them immediately using the underage reason. Underage reports are treated as critical priority.

2. Users must

  • behave respectfully towards every person they are matched with;
  • comply with the laws that apply to them;
  • respect consent at all times, and stop immediately when asked;
  • use their own identity and their own live camera;
  • report serious violations rather than retaliating.

3. Prohibited content and conduct

The following are strictly prohibited and are enforced against on every part of the platform — live video, text chat, profiles, and support channels:

  • any sexual content involving minors, and any child sexual exploitation or grooming behaviour;
  • sexualising a person who appears to be, or is presented as, a minor;
  • non-consensual sexual content, including sharing intimate material of another person without their consent;
  • harassment, stalking, or repeated unwanted contact;
  • threats of violence, incitement to violence, or content glorifying violence;
  • self-harm or suicide encouragement;
  • hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, or sexual orientation;
  • fraud, scams, phishing, or attempts to move users to off-platform payment;
  • impersonating another person, a ShuffleCrush employee, or a moderator;
  • doxxing or exposing another person's private information, including addresses, documents, or contact details;
  • prohibited solicitation, including prostitution, trafficking, or the sale of illegal goods and services;
  • any other illegal activity conducted through or advertised on the platform;
  • infringing another person's intellectual property, including streaming third-party content you have no right to;
  • recording, screenshotting, or redistributing another user's live video, audio, or chat without their consent, or where the law prohibits it;
  • attempts to evade enforcement, including ban evasion, duplicate accounts, or circumventing verification, blocks, or reporting;
  • manipulating minutes, earnings, payouts, refunds, or chargebacks;
  • abusing the reporting system with knowingly false reports.

4. Enforcement

Reports are reviewed by human moderators. Depending on severity and history, enforcement can include a warning, a temporary suspension, a permanent ban, revocation of host verification, forfeiture of earnings obtained through prohibited conduct, and device- or network-level restrictions.

When you report someone, you and that person are separated immediately and permanently: you will not be matched together again. This happens automatically, without any further action from you.

Severe cases — in particular anything involving a suspected minor, child sexual exploitation, non-consensual content, or a credible threat — are escalated through our dedicated illegal-content escalation process, and the associated evidence is preserved.

Eligible enforcement decisions can be appealed from your account status page. See the Moderation Policy for the full process.
