By using the Platform, you confirm that:

We reserve the right to request identity or age verification at any time.

ShuffleCrush is a random online video chat platform connecting users in real-time.

We:

• do not guarantee successful matches;
• do not guarantee uninterrupted availability;
• do not guarantee compatibility between users;
• do not guarantee user authenticity.

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

You are solely responsible for:

• your webcam content;
• your microphone/audio;
• your behavior;
• your communications;
• your compliance with applicable laws.

You agree not to:

• impersonate others;
• harass or threaten users;
• distribute illegal material;
• engage in fraud or scams;
• use bots or automation;
• attempt to bypass moderation systems;
• share malicious links;
• record users without explicit consent.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• minors or age misrepresentation;
• illegal sexual content;
• exploitation;
• violence or threats;
• hate speech;
• non-consensual behavior;
• prostitution solicitation;
• doxxing;
• copyright infringement;
• spam;
• unauthorized advertising;
• recording or screenshots without consent.

Violation may result in:

• permanent bans;
• account deletion;
• credit forfeiture;
• payout withholding;
• legal reporting.

The Platform uses time-based purchases. Users buy minute packages that fund live chat duration. Minutes:

• have no cash value;
• are non-transferable;
• may not be resold;
• are consumed in real time during live video chat sessions;
• may expire if not used within a reasonable period communicated at purchase.

Payments are processed through third-party providers including Stripe, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

We reserve the right to change pricing, suspend transactions, refuse payments, or block suspicious activity.

Unused minutes may be reviewed for refund eligibility solely in cases of:

• verified technical failures;
• duplicate billing;
• unauthorized transactions.

Minutes already consumed during live chat are generally non-refundable.

Chargeback abuse, fraudulent refund claims, or payment manipulation may result in permanent account bans, financial recovery actions, and reporting to payment processors.

We reserve the right to:

• monitor platform activity;
• investigate suspicious behavior;
• remove users;
• restrict access;
• suspend accounts;
• block devices or IP addresses;
• remove credits;
• withhold payouts.

Moderation decisions are made at our sole discretion.

Users are prohibited from recording conversations, taking screenshots, redistributing user content, or storing private interactions without consent.

ShuffleCrush does not permanently store private conversations under normal operation. However, limited technical or moderation-related logs may be temporarily processed where legally necessary for fraud prevention, abuse handling, platform security, and legal compliance.

The Platform may offer automated text translation features. Translations may contain inaccuracies, are machine-generated, and are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for misunderstandings resulting from automated translations.

Some users may participate in host-style monetized interactions. Hosts are independent users — not employees, representatives of ShuffleCrush, or contractors of YCwebshops.

We reserve the right to review payouts, delay payouts, request verification, investigate fraud, and deny suspicious earnings.

Hosts are solely responsible for taxes, legal compliance, and local regulations. No minimum earnings are guaranteed.

All platform branding, software, design, systems, logos, and content are owned by YCwebshops or its licensed partners.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, clone, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Platform without permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YCwebshops and ShuffleCrush shall not be liable for:

• indirect damages;
• emotional distress;
• user behavior;
• lost profits;
• interruptions;
• failed matches;
• payment issues caused by third parties;
• unauthorized access;
• user-generated content.

Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, including for violations of these Terms, fraud suspicion, moderation issues, abusive behavior, or legal compliance reasons.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within sixty (60) days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration seated in Brussels, Belgium, conducted in English under the rules of CEPANI (Belgian Centre for Arbitration and Mediation). The arbitral award shall be final and enforceable.

Where arbitration is not permitted by applicable mandatory law, disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Brussels, Belgium.

Users waive any right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We operate active anti-fraud monitoring. Accounts engaged in carding, stolen payment instruments, identity fraud, payout fraud, or abuse of refund/chargeback rights may be permanently banned, have balances forfeited, and be reported to payment networks, processors, and authorities.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting support and exhausting our refund process is considered chargeback abuse and is a material breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to recover lost funds, processor fees, and reasonable administrative costs.

The Service may be interrupted, degraded, or temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, security incidents, third-party outages (payment, video, hosting), force majeure events, or legal compliance. We are not liable for losses caused by such interruptions.
