If something goes wrong in a chat, tell us. Reports are reviewed by human moderators and acted on quickly.
How to report
During any call, tap the flag icon in the top-right corner of the video. Choose a reason, add an optional description, and tick the box to block the user permanently. You can also email support@shufflecrush.com with the details.
What to report
Harassment, threats, nudity shown to an unwilling participant, spam or scams, impersonation, hate speech, self-harm content, anyone who appears to be under 18, and any illegal activity. When in doubt, report it — we would rather review a false alarm than miss real harm.
What happens next
Every report creates a case with evidence attached. Moderators can warn, temporarily suspend, or permanently ban an account. Critical reports involving minors or illegal content are escalated immediately and may be referred to the authorities.
